"I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by an amazing artist Mimi who worked with acrylic and designs. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to understand my style and preferences. The acrylic application was very fast and nicely done, and the designs also was done perfectly. "I absolutely loved my nails!! The designs were so precise and the tech really took her time to ensure my set was exactly what I wanted. I was pleased with the price of the set as well!! $85 for this beautiful set?! Yes please!!! My 2 star rating is for 12/18/23. I went in to have my set removed after having them on for two and a half weeks. The lady who took my nails off (older lady, greying hair) should not have been utilizing the drill. She drilled into my skin on three different fingers and today, 24 hours later, my cuticles and finger are red and swollen/irritated. . not to mention during the actual service, my fingers were bleeding and I still had to pay $17 for removal!! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I was looking forward to many more nail sets with this lounge until this!!!"

"Update: I enjoyed my experience the first couple of months but I got my nails filled in 2 days ago with shellac and a matte finish. Never had an issue before but when I got home 4 of them chipped off. I returned yesterday to make them aware and they had someone do it over. Both days I felt like they didn't want to even bother doing my nails, but yesterday it was a rushed job like she wanted to get rid of me. I also find it odd that everytime anyone is working on your nails they look everywhere to see what the other employees are doing or join their conversations.Long story short, nails chipped again, I conclude that the polish here is probably old. Won't be coming back, I also got pain in my big toe because the lady that did my pedicure slowly pulled my ingrown nail which my husband told me after nails salons shouldn't be doing. First time: Super happy with the service offered at the nail salon. I have come twice first time for a pedicure with Tony and second time saw Lynn for dip powder and pedicure. I was very satisfied with how my nails turned out and how well I was treated. I love how clean, sleek and inviting the salon is and the complimentary drink is the cherry on top."

"I have been going to Ryan for years and he never disappoints. I’ve literally thrown so many nail pics, designs, wants at him over the years and he always delivers! He shapes like no one else, always perfection! Anne has done some awesome designs for me too! They are quite literally the perfect dynamic duo, I just love them. I also have always appreciated how Ryan expects his staff to have the upmost customer service, so I always know it’s going to be a good appointment. I had to find another nail tech for a little while and I never hated paying for something so much, but with Ryan, I go in knowing that I will be satisfied with the result no matter what, he is truly the best."
