"This was my first and last time in. The places looks really nice, but this was one of the worst manicures I’ve had in a long time. The lady seemed rushed and wasn’t paying a lot of attention. She cut my nails too short and nipped my cuticles a few times. Then she didn’t let the gel dry enough between coats, slathered the polish all over my cuticles, and when I went to pay the polish was messy and tacky from not drying. I complained (something I NEVER do because I hate it), and she tried to fix it. That’s the only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1. Definitely WON’T be back."

Dat has always done a beautiful job on my nails and Jenny gives the best pedicures. Actually, every staff member I’ve worked with does great work. I would recommend this experience to everyone."

"Went to the Heights to remove a full set of acrylic nails I just got a couple of days ago that looked really bad. The owners are so kind there and very helpful!! I explained what I would like for my nails and I was advised to get the dip powder on my new tips so it would be thin and natural the way I liked and wanted. Tanya removed my other set very gently so my nails weren’t damaged in any way. She didn’t rush me and let me take my time for a color and she had great ideas for nail art. She did a PERFECT JOB! I could not be happier with her work on my nails. They look EXACTLY like I explained, actually better and the nail art she did by hand is so cute and neat. It looks just like what I showed Tanya. I definitely found a new nail tech and would recommend her to everyone. She’s amazing, nice, professional, and a perfectionist in her work! Also, she does waxing great. The Heights is a really nice salon. It’s clean and professional. Very welcoming for newcomers and regular customers. This is my permanent nail salon!"

"*Basic men’s Pedicure only* As the title says I only have been to The Heights Nail Spa to get their basic pedicure. The place itself is clean and very spacious. TVs and refreshments for you while you wait/receive your treatment. Friendly staff. The prices are a little high but still a solid location and experience."
