"Joined the waitlist on the app and waited 45 minutes, arriving with 15 minutes on the timer. Except the timer kept extending. The app notified me that my turn was up and then the stylist went on break without calling me. Waited another 30 minutes and then left. Most convenient to my office but I'd rather drive out of my way to be valued as a customer. EDIT: Today I noticed a 0 minute wait time on the Great Clips app for this location. I chose to go to another location, further away with a longer wait time. If you treat your customers poorly, they will no longer be your customers."

"This is where I get my hair cut at. Service is always good, check in online is how I set my appointment time. Set it and got on my way over. Got there and actually had to wait for like 5 min, nothing really, then I was outa there in about 15 total time. Great Hair Cutters..."

"I am so done with this Great Clips. Every single time I go there they're either closing at some bizarre hour or they are closed. Just go ahead and close your doors and be done. You're never open anyway! This is seriously unfortunate because this used to be one of the best Great Clips in San Antonio. I don't know if they have a staffing shortage or just a don't want to work problem but I'm tired of driving over here to find the doors closed for no purpose whatsoever. Its so bad they've taken the hours off the doors completely. Last trip to this location, which had been my family's location FOR YEARS!"

"I don't know how or why, but this is how the lady did me at this great clips location. I tipped her and didn't say anything but when I got home and really looked at my hair I thought "what the..." then wished I did say something when I was there. I won't put her on blast coz this location is close and I wanna go back but her name is Lea. I won't have her cut my hair again. Hopefully they correct the service responsible for the recent poor reviews."
