"Not happy, I got my nostrils waxed and a full face threading minus my eyebrow. She did not wax my nose right I still have hair and she did it twice, she didn't let the wax dry enough. The inside of my nose is so raw and it hurts because she did it twice and still didn’t do it right. She still charged me for that service and was rude afterwards. I still paid my dues but I would never charge someone if they weren't happy."

"I came here for my first time today and now I’m embarrassed to go out in public. I asked her to not make my eyebrows thin and just clean up. I’m pretty sure my left eyebrow is hanging on by one hair. When she showed me the mirror I was speechless and couldn’t say anything. I didn’t know how to ask for my hair back. When I checked out she was watching me tip and I felt pressured. I feel uncomfortable sharing what is left of my eyebrows but hope that no one else goes through this experience."
