"Had a 10am appt to get my nails done, salon apparently opens at 9am but now one showed up for my appointment until 10:45. I decide to go through with appointment anyway and I say goodmorning to my tech who just barely smiles without responding. We sit in silence, I try to make convo but get one word responses. She starts trimming my cuticles and cuts 2 of my fingers where I am now oozing blood. I ask to wash my hands to which she responds “if you want.” GIRL. My finger continues to bleed and she seem very annoyed at this point as if it’s my fault I started to bleed. She “stops” my bleeding by putting nail glue on top. She then starts gluing my nail tips and she runs out of glue for my final 3 nails. Instead of letting me know she is out, she try’s melting the tips in monomer to have them stick onto my nail. She tries this for 2 nails and fails obviously and then gets the idea to glue the nail with topcoat. And then tells me she is out of glue. She continues with my nails and tells me when someone leaves the restroom to go wash my hands. We wait 30 seconds before she gets impatient and starts just wiping the powder off my hands. She said she will give me a $10 discount. I paid $15 deposit and then $40 without tip since she did not deserve one. 55 total price, now I’m looking at her website prices and she charged me full price + some. I am extremely upset about everything and finding out my discount was actually a higher price than the set I got should’ve been. I asked for a short set. To top it off, my nails started popping off the next day. Overall very unprofessional. No apology for being super late, cutting me 2x, or for having to use top coat as glue. My tech was Mia."

"I had such an amazing/awesome experience all thanks to Mia Rodriguez she takes her time and puts in an amazingly amount of effort on her work!!! I loved my nails and toes!!! But what I loved most was that I brought my kids and she had best patience ever with them and with me!!! I WOULD COME AGAIN AMD ASK FOR MIA RODRIGUEZ WITHOUT HESITATION! I recommend Mia Rodriguez 100%"
