"Cindy is simply fantastic! She truly knows hair. We move a lot with the military and trying to find a new stylist is ALWAYS very nerve-wracking. Cindy made the transition easy, warm and welcoming. I like my hair a certain way and I'm always very nervous to make any slide changes. I have blonde , fine hair and get blonde highlights. In my experience not a lot of stylists know how to do blonde highlights really well. She does! Cindy takes her time and takes such great care of you. My hair and my highlights look amazing and I'm happy that I have found her."
