"Their staff is rude, they cannot shape coffin nails, Can’t paint with simple nail polish. Had 3 different manicurist attempt to fix my nails & All of them failed. They all talk badly about their customers. This is how I left with these nails. Super disappointed."

"Update: I appreciate the prompt response from the establishment. I do want to say the staff was polite and kind, aside from this I would have visited again. This was my first, and will be my only, time at this establishment. The atmosphere was welcoming (although a little unorganized), and employees seemed friendly. I was seated immediately for a basic regular polish manicure and Kelly assisted me. Someone walked in right after me asking for a gel manicure, so it seemed like she began rushing. She cut two of my cuticles that bled quite a bit. She was apologetic; however, blamed it on my “thin skin”. This is not an issue I typically have. She proceeded to press cotton on for a bit until she finally added the green stuff that is supposed to stop the bleeding. Unfortunately it didn’t fix it and these are my results."

"They always do a phenomenal job. It's a little pricy ($65 for a set and $45 for a fill) but they do excellent work. Very much worth the price. Pedicures start at $30. I love my nails. Love love love love."
