"Great experience! Izzy is such a professional and took the anxiety out of getting my brows done. I booked the ombre brows service. She responded in a timely manner and communicated every step of the way. I completed all health info and waivers electronically ahead of my appointment. At my appointment, she asked me questions about preferences for shape, thickness, darkness, etc, and she did a great job explaining how my brows would change as they healed. She also thoroughly discussed what we could tweak at my touch-up appointment. I have oily skin, so I also appreciate how she explained how that might impact how my skin took the pigment. Lastly, she explained aftercare instructions, provided an aftercare packet, and sent a follow-up text. The salon space is clean and has a great vibe. I definitely felt very comfortable getting my service done. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Izzy."
