"The English lady that works there gave me the worst haircut in my life, don’t ever get a haircut here girls she is awful. I don’t get how her argument after I said that I didn’t like the cut was: “you are just not used to layers”. She “tried” to smooth the sloppy layers she did, but didn’t even make a slight improvement."
