My manicurist Jeff was kind, polite, skilled and efficient. I changed my mind about my color after he started and he did not hesitate to allow me to make another color selection. "I had a horrible experience here!! The same guy who the horrible review was made about did my nails! I’m not usually the type of person to be rude & request someone else so I l let him continue to do my nails & that was a great mistake. He was also very rough with me at one point tried pulling my hand so hard but his hand slipped off my fingers! I was with my brother & we both looked at each other like WTH is his problem! At one point there was even another lady who worked there watching over him as if they knew he sucked. In the pictures you can see all the bubbles & even my actual nail showing. When I tried telling him about my nails showing he said that was how it was supposed to be. I’ve gotten my nails done for YEARS I have never had them done this horrible! Stay away from the guy with the colorful tattoo on his upper arm he can care less about his work! $110 down the drain!"
