"Every salon I called said the did not know how to do Dutch Braids. I saw this place passing by and decided to give it a try as I was running out of time and growing desperate to get these braids done. I walked in and asked. At first they said no, to knowing what Dutch braids were but unlike the other places I was inquiring with who flat out said no they don’t know how and hung up, they began to ask questions about the style I was looking for. After describing the type of braids my daughter needed to have done and showing them a picture from Google, They understood and said they can do it. They called it something different. But we were on the same page with what I needed. They were very nice and were able to do it right then and there. The fact they went the extra mile and asked me questions. I appreciated it more. Thank you Rubi for doing her hair on such short notice. The other staff was really nice as well. Would definitely recommend this place! ❤️"

"I wanted platinum color I sat there 8 hours was charged $185 my hair got stressed started breaking off and I didn’t get the color I wanted. She put a gold gold for like 15 minutes and never said come back so I can fix the hair and get it to the platinum color. Her name was matti and I think she was more interested in the money I paid instead of satisfying her customer I don’t recommend her."

"5/17 Came to pick up Wish package. Its already 10:11am and this place is still not open. Had to call and leave a message and now I have to wait till I get a call back (hopefully I get a call back)......not good and definitely not happy."
