"I read such good reviews on line I thought I might try this place out. Big mistake. Called and made an appt with Steven for 11:00 AM for Thursday, 5/18. . I walk in at 10:50 and he tells me he is behind, “about an hour or so”. I was forced to leave because I had to get back to work and only scheduled in the time for my haircut, thinking he would keep my appt time. I told him I had to get back to work and didn’t have additional time to wait and I didn’t even receive an apology. Rude on his part. Note to business, only make appts you can keep. It’s not fun taking time off work to drive to your salon only to be told they can’t make your appt on time. I won’t be coming back."

"I go in with the nicely highlighted hair you see in the first picture below and and leave with this awful red hair you see in the other picture. All I asked him to do was touch up at my roots, matching the base color. My base color is not red. And he slapped it on so carelessly it dyed it excessively beyond the new growth. THEN he has the audacity to charge me $88! For 15 minutes of work. Maybe 20 minutes if you add the blow dry."
