"My stylist was amazing she listened to what I wanted and made it happen Plus she told me how the process works and she could have washed and blow dried my hair (I washed it and air dried it since I have a lot of thick hair) My makeup was on point. She took a look and brought it to life. Made my makeup look natural and the light to dark smoke eye made my natural eyes pop. I got so many compliments I can't wait to do it again"

"Very clean place, very nice people but they really need to adjust their prices down, seriously! I have short hair-couple inches below ears and it’s wavy & semi thick. Price is $50 plus tip (my total $63) for shampoo and blow dry-45 mins is ridiculous!! She seemed rushed. Next time I will make darn sure I get flat iron done too for that price! Walked outside and my hair frizzed in the humidity, had to go home and flat iron it!! Was not very happy. Would’ve gone back but had another appointment. They should not rush for that price and should have offered flat iron, she saw what type of hair I have. Partially my fault too, I should’ve spoken up and insisted on flat iron. But in all fairness, they need to adjust their prices. Brittany was absolutely fabulous at the dominion location but unfortunately she’s not there anymore. The 2 girls I’ve had after Brittany need to get on the ball and give their customers their moneys worth!! Not just get by!! The prices are not mediocre so the service should absolutely not be!"

"First time, there won’t be a second. My granddaughter and I both go our hair done. Hers was beautiful. She has long wavy hair and they blew it out and put waves in it. She wanted the sides braided to come together in the back. It was $10 for each braid. Really? My hair is short. I explained I wanted volume. Asked twice for more height. Had to come home and do it over. The place is clean, the people are nice, but the price was ridiculous. Completely ridiculous! See those two little braids? That’s $20 you’re looking at!!"

"I have been a loyal client for a few years at blo dominion ridge. I have always had a wonderful experience with all the staff and management. My recent visit at blo had whole new staff and management. The store manager Ariel Did my hair . She did not comprehend what I wanted after I took the time to explain how it’s usually styled. my hair is curly fine textured and short shoulder length I was left with frizzy hair and a charge of $84 dollars! Ariel was super unprofessional and hostile checking me out and explained that she had to charge me for extended time because it took her long (2hours). i'm used to being out of salon in a 1 hour max. Im frustrated with the new changes of this salon and will now have to find another salon until all staff and management are trained properly. I've also advised all my friends the from dominion country club that go to blo from recommendation from me to be careful with this new changes and arrogant hostility environment from the new manager !
