"Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t honor it. I arrived 5 minutes early for a 4 o’clock appointment but they took in a 4:20 appointment before us. It’s now 4:24 and still waiting for a jr haircut for my kid."

"I went here for a haircut. The guy twisted my hair after washing it as if you were twisting a rag to get the water out. My head still hurts really bad this morning. Also, I told him to take off about 2-3ins to go above my shoulders, he took off about 6 inches. I am not going to be mad because it will grow back but it’s not what I asked. Luckily I won’t need to go back for awhile and when I do I definitely won’t put my money here."

"Salon-level service for a great price. I've come here at least three times, and the staff are amazing every time. On my last visit, I chopped off a huge amount of hair into a cute long bob. The haircut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I can't remember my stylist's name, but he was careful to clarify what I wanted because getting started, was super nice and professional, and even helped me put my hair into pony tails before cutting so I could donate it! I'll continue coming here for my hair needs because the price can't be beat and the service is as good as higher-end salons I've been to."
