"After paying extra for a master stylist to protect my lashes, all of my own lashes were taken out by the false lashes. Service, old rooms, cots, and sheets did not match the high price. I was worried they were not cleaning the dingy sheets. Overall, the service was below expectations for the price. Consider going private to protect your lashes and get a clean facility."

"Probably will not return. I was not told that I would get charged extra for voluminous lashes. I was going to get the introductory rate which was $99 for a full set and then got charged extra for voluminous lashes. The lash tech was very nice and it was not her fault, I feel like it was upfront staff that messed up and they did not tell me this when I made the appt. I feel like it was a set up. They did not specify that the $99 only covers the classic lashes. Plus, also very pushy with trying to get you to become a member."

"This place was joke. Day 4 losing lashes like crazy had me looking like Cindy Lou for the holidays. And when I called they said we can fix you up for 50% off it was already messed up from the start. Disappointed but I learned my lesson go somewhere else. They fooled me with the reviews. Glad everyone else had good experiences not me sadly and I’m not big on wasting my time writing reviews but I felt I had to share my experiences sad part is they didn’t try to fix it from the start just charged me less for me it’s not about giving a discount it’s fixing what wasn’t done right to being with."
