"Very rude! I went in for a color change next thing I know he’s telling me that I need a new set because he didn’t realize that I had acrylic and soaked my nails with acetone! And the nails lifted, lack of experience in his part. Then he made it seem like it was my fault because I did not have enough time at that moment to get a new set. It’s not even about the money! the lack of respect to the customer and not sitting there right expectation.He charged $35 !!"

"Horrible. I had some shopping to do in the shopping center this shop is in. At first it was like any other shop until while he was doing my nails, someone else came in so he had me move to someone else. Nobody hardly spoke to me the whole time I was there. My nails look horrible and it was $85 for a dip manicure! I’ve had some fantastic work done and NEVER paid $85! Ridiculous pricing and downright rude employees here, if you ask me."

"Had a great experience with a Deluxe (volcano) Pedicure! Haven't taken care of my feet in ages, but Van did a wonderful job. She was friendly and always made sure that I was comfortable. They took me as a walk-in w no wait. Very clean and nice looking shop. I'll be back!"
