"I only came here because my nail tech caught COVID and I was traveling out of state the next day for an event, so I searched for a top rate salon and this one had good reviews and a good score, however, unfortunately it did not live up to it. I was there for some hours and I was exhausted and didn't have time to stop during the process nor did it seem there was anyone else there that could do the work. I mean, when I walked out of the restroom there was an employee in a chair asleep. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the design and they said it could be done. Unfortunately, it wasn't even close. Nail shape is opposite, nails beds are super flat with the tips curing almost like claws, and the design looks like a kid did it. I was really hoping it would have been a great experience, but I seem to have bad luck. You can see what I wanted vs what I got. I really wish some nail techs would just say they can't do it or they are not good at designs instead of trying and not accomplishing what the client wants especially when you pay over $150 for nails and a pedicure."
