"Lash appointment canceled without notice. Poor communication. Unprofessional service. Booked an appointment for lash extensions a few days in advance via phone call with their staff. On the day of, I called them an hour prior to check in and they said the technician is out of town so I need to reschedule. (?!) They didn’t even have the courtesy to call or text me to inform that. If I hadn’t been careful and check in advance, I’d have wasted my time driving there only to find out they had canceled it without telling me. Didn’t seem like it was an emergency either as they told me the technician has been out for a few days. Yet they still booked my appointment and then told me to reschedule when I called back. No apology from their end. This isn’t the first time they had issues with scheduling and appointments either. Communication has been very poor many times but I hadn’t made a big deal out of it. However very disappointed now that this unprofessional behavior kept happening."

"I’ve been going here for about a year. There’s rarely a wait and if there is, it’s short. I’m of the generation of pencil thin eyebrows so I usually get a tint with my threading. Prices are reasonable and my eyebrows are always neat when she’s done. I also like that everyone who works here is good."

"Got my eyebrows tinted and paid $16 for it. I paid before the appointment and got home disappointed. Eyebrows are very uneven, one is curved and the other is not. Was not able to get a refund or anything to take it off. Didn't wear gloves which was unhygienic. Would not recommend getting eyebrows tinted here."
