"I called here as a master stylist and barber not as client, trying to secure myself a suite to open n move my business. I called 3 days in a row straight, left voicemails and sent texts, I didn’t hear anything…. Normally salon suites are very communicative and urgent when it comes to leasing a suite. I had to drive over from the Rim area in person after no contact just to go in person and see what the deal was. When I got inside, I noticed the office lady was just about to leave and I asked her about a suite to rent out and she told me they didn’t have anything and I told her I’ve been calling and calling she seemed like she was in a hurry, and didn’t really want to talk to me or care too, I guess because there’s no suites available. She didn’t see the point in contacting me and letting me know so I didn’t have to waste gas going over there. I felt uncared for and unappreciated and undervalued, it takes less than 5 min to pick up the phone and say hey! Thank you for expressing interest but we don’t have any rooms but I’ll let you know if one comes up, I don’t know if she was busy or having a bad day or didn’t care to help me, I felt possibly discriminated against cause she referred or suggested me to other places. The leasing manager was very unkind and uncaring, in a world filled with a lot of fighting and sadness, this individual choose to not be kind or caring or compassionate or make me feel like I mattered. I hope the owner has a talking with her. -a sad stylist and business owner"

"Walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to be Helen's last client. Salon suites are divided like small offices. No one is out in the open, so it took me a minute to find the suite marked "Office". Helen at Scissor Site did an amazing job of cutting my hair! She layered it and made it look fuller!!!! Would definitely recommend her and I will be looking for her next time I'm ready for a trim or cut!!"
