"I am a regular customer here and yesterday I received the absolute worst customer service from the receptionist named Star. I decided to only get a manicure because the technician she recommended was not going to be able to do my nails to the standard I liked. She told me I was to be charged $30 for a take off and manicure that looks like the picture below. I told her that makes no sense because my nail beds aren’t even buffed and are completely uneven. She raised her voice at me, told me I have a bad attitude and screamed at me that she took my nails off when she didn’t have to. Which I also did not ask her to do. She was completely unprofessional and after her big blowout she stormed off to the back of the salon. I’ve never received this kind of treatment here and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and and embarrassed!!"

"I have to leave a one star but I prefer to leave a 0 starts …. pay before you get services!!! And ask exactly what your getting…just myself hombre square tip nails and toes $130 ( the wrong color nail polish was used at first so then she had to start over and then she hurt my toe using the tool to remove paint then repainted toes AGAIN with CORRECT color nail polish- that looked very old and clumpy… I’ll attach photos if I can. The big toe was clumpy and old charged me $20 extra for polish and missing toe nails polish on other small toe nails (needed second coating) on top of pedicure massage fee of $42 separate from charge. and then told me come back tommorrow to get it fixed, I had my daughter with me who got regular glitter polish and she was going back and forth with us at same time..which made it not so “relaxing “cause she should have dried hers right after first and then come to me but didn’t so we had to stay even longer for her to fix her nails as well and then when I explained I wanted refund for my toes she says the nail tech works off commission and only gave me back $26 for nail polish. …it was far from relaxing experience having them do my nails at same time as my toes, I couldn’t even enjoy the back massage cause he said don’t move while doing nails simultaneously. The drinks have no alcohol inside of them even though -Pina colada taste like coconut water (Just get a regular soda) very disappointed- we all work hard for our money!"

"I love, love Palazzo nail bar! I hardly ever have to wait, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and my nails ALWAYS come out beautifully! But my FAVORITE thing about this place is they NEVER EVER pressure me to do something different! I do my nails the same way every time because I personally love it and they always do it, no questions, no pressuring to do a different color no asking why, they just do it and I love that!!!!! Also I used to get my nails done at another salon and they would start popping off within a few days! I thought maybe my nail beds were messed up or I was too rough with them. NOPE! I started coming here and my nails hardly ever pop off! Only time is when they grew out too long and needed to be filled but that’s it and I’ve been coming here almost a year! I LOVE this place!"

"The whole staff is always so friendly and nice. This place is always packed but because they provide quality service. Jennifer has done my nails twice and is absolutely talented at designs. She is amazing at what she does. Thank you Jennifer!"
