"When I purchased my EV I was told that I would have 2 years of free charging with Electrify America in 30 minute sessions and that the session would end at 30 min. Everything worked fine for the first 4 months. My car was recognized when I plugged in and I was never charged. My car always fully charged within 30 minutes and I use the same charging station as it is the only one within 100 miles. However, now I am being charged. Additionally, when I called Electrify America I was told that they didn’t know why I was charged and that I would not receive a refund and it was my fault for paying. Rude and terrible client service."
"Chademo chargers are ALWAYS down, regardless of location. And down for months. Another “take the money, do minimal work, and run” company."
"Reduced power on several, one is out, may be two or three working... just like every other Electrify America station. However, I sell reliable EV Chargers, schedule the installation and perform routine maintenance on them. Look up EVSERT or QCharge for more details and shoot me a message."
"Pretty decent chargers, but not all of them work. Multiple times I've been there over the last 6 month and at least 1, sometimes more, we're out of order. Also annoying that Walmart uses the same public chargers for their vehicles. At least they seem to do it 1 at a time and not block all chargers, but still."
"Station quickly charged my vehicle at 150kw and was offering complimentary sessions! Free power! The screen was intuitive, the app worked well and the station was well lit and easy to find."
