"I had a bad experience with Vince, who seemed inexperienced and rude from the start. I went in for an acrylic full set and gel nail polish, clearly showing him what I wanted. Despite that, he insisted on dip powder instead. Despite my repeated requests for acrylic, he continued to push dip powder. He even messed up by doing six nails in acrylic and four in dip powder, completely disregarding the picture I showed him. Throughout the process, before letting him know I was unhappy with his work, anytime I questioned what he was doing, because I knew it did not look right, he would sigh and shake his head. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he became upset and called the manager over without my request. Before the manager arrived, I explained that I just wanted the nails removed. He was causing a scene and it was not needed. The only positive was the manager who was professional and understanding, didn’t charge me, and even provided a coupon. Vince’s lack of customer service skills was evident, and I believe they should reconsider keeping him on staff."

"The day before Thanksgiving. The worst day to wait last minute to get your nails done but there I was. I walked in around 3:30 with no app after cleaning and cooking all day I was able to have a little time to get my nails done. They fit me right in! Tim did my nails and he was so pleasant. He's gentle, fast, and nailed it. Never cut me or made me feel on edge. I've visited other salons in town as I am new to town and I will be coming back here!! Also prices are right on point! Thank you Tim!"

"Pros: this place is MASSIVE and able to accommodate lots of clients at the same time! The ambience is nice and does help you feel like you are at a tropical resort, and everything seemed clean. Their polish and dip selection is huge. Cons: I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seen for my appointment time :( once I was seen my whole appointment seemed rushed. My tech seemed really put out by me and like she flew through my manicure as fast as possible, she just wanted me in and out of that chair as fast as she possibly could. When I asked her to cut my nails slightly shorter she seemed inconvenienced by me. Not a great vibe as a customer."
