"Edit: I had the chance to speak with the owner, which is rare this day in time. In doing so, we had a wonderful conversation. Yes, I was upset with the outcome and customer service from my previous visit. However, I am still a returning customer (I drive all the way from Red Oak) and will remain a customer at this point. In life we learn that honesty is the best policy and displaying confidence in any environment just as important. All salon technicians aren't for everyone--Mickey is young and she is learning...and by no means is she a bad person, as I am sure there are clients who love her work....she is just not the salon technician for me. Thank you Karen for keeping my eyebrows looking good. And thank you to the owner (I forgot her name) who took the time to speak with me during my last visit. :) Horrible experience this time around. The young lady was more worried about getting back to her phone call then making sure my eyebrows were done correctly. When I initially walked in, I had to wait for her to get off her cellphone, and no sooner than I turned away from the counter, she picked up her phone and went to the back of the salon--leaving the front of the salon completely unattended. Going forward, I will make sure to NEVER let Mickey touch my eyebrows again. There is nothing more frustrating than paying for a service and having to fix it yourself. Not because I was in a rush or rushing her to do her job. But because she lacks poor customer service as well as attention to detail."
