"My daughter went in for heavy highlights on hair that had never been colored. Candice did all over highlights that turned her hair orange - $150. Was told this was a two step process to get her hair light (her hair was dark blonde). Went back two weeks later. Candice applied an almost black permanent color from the roots to about 3" out. She then teased my daugters hair and then "painted" highlights in. Cost - another $150 for hajr that is black from the roots to 3" out and dried, broken orange from there to the frayed ends. I have never seen such an awful job and am disgusted. My daughters hair looks filthy with her dark roots and fried orange hair. Just spent another $200 trying to get her hair corrected - which will take many, many steps and a very long time. Candice also cuts hair after it is dry, which leads to a ridiculously uneven, butchered haircut. As a person she is very sweet - just don't let her touch your hair!"
