"Was pretty disappointed. I never get my toes or nails done, and decided to treat myself for an event the next day. Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Got seated, waited over 30 minutes, and all I got was water in the tub. Just very disappointing and waste of my time. There was another lady sitting next to me who had been waiting even longer than myself. My best piece of advice is don’t overbook. Majority of people don’t have 2-4 hours to spend at the nail salon, if you’re booked just tell the customer that. If someone with an appointment comes in and they’re still going to have to wait, tell them that. Please be more considerate of your customers time."
