"To call this station inept would be an understatement. It's a roll of the dice on whether or not anyone there can change the oil. They don't staff appropriately to ensure coverage for the service. Trying to go there when they open at 8am? Good Luck. Tried that twice now and no one is there. Staff is actively looking to avoid work and management does nothing to make the place even semi-dependable."
"I won’t return here again, I paid an extra $31 on top of the Groupon price for full synthetic. Initially I purchased the blend because that’s what I’ve got on my car before, the mechanic told me I needed a full cause they been out of blend all year, so I had to exchange the Groupon I had for blend for full synthetic, so pay EXTRA ,I knew they had taxes/fees which were like $7.50 but I had to pay $31 additional for whatever excuses were made, so I really paid full price and I won’t be coming back because I’ve used Groupon at other shops and the price was just what I paid for. No surprise fees, making up things about different filters. I’m just disappointed, wishing I would’ve went somewhere else. Then when I first came to the shop it was even open on time, I had to call the # that was replying to all the bad reviews on google then 3 min later someone rides down the street to come open the shop. I’m over it!"
"Will ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER return to this “business”. The worst customer service I have quite seriously ever received. The workers name was Michael Young and he was so disrespectful I can’t put into words. The way he spoke to me, especially being a woman that was there alone, was appalling. I have never left a business feeling so disgusted by the employee. I will not ever be recommending this place to even a stranger. In fact told someone walking in as I was leaving that they should turn around and do business elsewhere. I would give negative stars if I could."
