"My tech was nice and asked if I liked the shape of my nails. She seemed to do a good job with my cuticles and my skin felt softer so I gave two stars instead of one. However, I wanted an American manicure and pedicure and I don’t think she realized what that was. I settled for the two of white colors she presented slightly lighter for toes and closer to my nail color for my nails. The white used for my toes was a GLOW IN THE DARK color and was not normal polish as it was extremely puffed up and created a weird raised ridge on my toenail tips. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I waited hours to do anything with my fingers because I was afraid to mess up my paint. After doing basic things like packing for the trip I’m leaving on in a few hours (the reason why I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to fix it) and doing some laundry, three of my nails had been messed up. The polish didn’t even last me a quarter of a day. I haven’t had my nails done in about a year and this reminded me why I don’t. I ended up having to remove all of my polish. For $87.00 I’m pretty ticked. The massage chair also automatically shut off about 5 times during my treatment. I won’t be going back."
