"I have been shopping here for years (probably a good decade) but today was the last. I cannot recommend them anymore. It had increasingly gotten worse each time I go in or just hit and miss with their service and attitude. It seemed that every time I go in there the older short Asian lady with black hair, who I assume is the owner, watches you and basically stares you down. This happened as I was reading and looking through their crowded sections of makeup and hair products. Each time I moved she would move along with me and stare. It feels so disrespectful and uncomfortable. They already have several cameras, so why do you have make your customers more uncomfortable with your blatant stares. I would have spent more time and probably more money had I not been stared down and not even asked if I could be helped with anything."

"Owner accused me of stealing stating that it was a month ago that I stole something when I wasn't even in town a month ago never showed video checked my purse and pockets found nothing said we can call police I stated that he could because I didn't know what was going on he commented on a post and review lied said I beg him to not call the police when I never begged for anything but asked what was going on he also charged my card twice for something I didn't have or take a money is to be issued back on card I also have my lawyer involved all black people don't steal and the fact that my pursed was checked and the white girl that was there walked right out the store with eyelashes glue and a shirt was crazy I have money and have no reason to steal or any reason to I'm so tired of racism and crazy part about it is the lady that works there has known me for years because I have my own hair salon and send over 30 of my clients there to get hair products but the crazy part about it is my lawyer was on the phone the whole time with me and the whole situation was recorded you can comment on this review with your lies and whatever else you want to say I have no reason to steal and to be mistaken for someone else or because I put my hands in my pockets is crazy I have my hospital statements showing I was in the hospital a month ago and I have my lawyer and therepolice department also aware of the situation and the 8.65 that you stole off my card will be refunded in 5 days and my bank as reversed the charges and have charged them as thrift so who ever you thought you saw or whatever you think was false information and I let you know at the time of the situation I would get my lawyer involved and I stated call the police if you wanted to I didn't beg you for anything so you can get on here with your lies and try to cover up the mistake you made but my lawyer is involved and all these messages are recorded and review for quality assurance purposes so make sure whatever video you have to back up what you did you will have with you in court thank you have a great day"

"Poor experience here today. Was traveling for work and forgot my hair care bag at home. I stopped here for a wig and was happy that they were off of the highway. I noticed right away the cashier and the owner really acted like they didn’t care I was in the store. No greeting, I had to hunt them down for help, and after showing me one wig, the cashier just walked away. I had to find her immediately after to show me if they had another wig in stock. Of the 3 wigs I liked, 2 of them were down to the display. I asked about discounts on the display wig (normal given how much they are touched and tried on). One wig, because it was a discounted wig would not be discounted even though I was buying the display wig. I thought this was odd because I was essentially paying the sam price I would have paid if they had the wig in stock but I was paying it for one that would definitely have a shorter life due to being the display. I asked about the second wig, not on sale, they were, again, down to the display and the discount barely covered tax on the wig. I was on the phone with a friend who was also surprised at the way they handled display wigs. She asked me if I would be asking them to come down any more which I said no (I would rather they keep their display wig than me buy it for more than it’s worth) but before I could answer, the cashier jumped in and said, (negative attitude included) “it’s not going to happen.” My phone conversation did not involve her and not ONCE did I ask her to come down more on any of the wigs if I felt the price was unfair, I just moved on. I just felt it rude for her to do anything other than help me with the wigs, including responding to someone on the phone talking to me. In the end I opted to buy the wig that had new wigs available, not just the display wig, but I left frustrated with the service, the way they handle display wigs, and her responding to my phone conversation."
