"I love this location! The brow bar is amazing, there’s one girl that does brows only at this location, she is so sweet and wonderful! Jacob gave me a haircut today and he did an amazing job! He gave me exactly what I asked for and my hair feels so amazing and fresh! Highly recommend checking them out for services :)"

"What I would assume is the supervisor or shift lead at this store made me feel super uncomfortable. She had a bad attitude whilst checking my items and acted as if I was trying to pull one over on her. She had a tone with every one of her peers and seemed to be annoyed that I was struggling getting my gift cards to work. There is already a general awkwardness when the check out process isn’t a breeze and I can empathize with any employee having to deal with a tricky transaction but I was not treated with any regard. I even apologized myself cause I get it was right before closing and a pain to deal with. No acknowledgment. I already felt awkward enough in my pjs and lack of fresh face, so this was honestly kind of humiliating being looked at and regarded like I have already been picked apart and drawn assumptions on. The girl had longer black cherry colored hair and a bad attitude. I don’t get it. Sorry it’s a rant but it was a really awkward experience."

"Ive been to this location before plenty of times with no issues. This location always provides great customer service and makes me feel welcomed but today not so much. I’ve never been watched so much before in my life. I was having trouble finding a good concealer so I was all over the store. I understand a lot of people steal but to be followed the way I did I just left without anything. I did not feel welcome having multiple people watching me in pairs of following me to different parts of the store. Funny thing is a man actually stole something and made the alarms go off while someone was watching and approaching me for the third time even after I told them twice that I do not need help."

I hope you continue to follow your policy and procedures as the person who packed up this order of mine did not. Thanks for the feedback. I’ve been going to this location since it opened. I’ve always loved Ulta and never had any issues here, minus a few not-so-friendly employees. Which hey, we all have days, so I never take it personally. I’m just rather disappointed because I more often than not make online orders for pick up since life is so busy lately and I don’t have the time like I used to to browse the store. My last pick up contained a used tester item for a purchased item in my order. It was opened, dirty and had a tester sticker on it. I’m not sure if this is common at Ulta, but I’ve never had this issue before. I just find it rather disgusting, and when people are making large orders and spending their money, they’d rather receive unused and sealed items. Especially since everything is becoming more expensive these days and buying things for yourself feels like a luxury. Just please be more mindful when making online orders here. I’ll definitely be shopping at another location moving forward."
