"The nail techs are pretty good however, they do not honor appointments. I asked if they could repair my broken nail in under an hour because I would need to come in on my lunch break. They said that was fine and I’d be out in time. When I got there they had me sit down and no one spoke to me for the next 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be so I left. Great if you have nowhere to be and no plans set for that day!"

"First let me say the positive reviews are bogus. And on top of that this place has racist workers! They advertise the ability to do "custom designs" but they can't! I waited for hours as this shop took multiple walk-in customers that came in after me, ahead of me. Then after waiting an hour!! Lonna came to "help" me. I had a picture, I had my paint color, I gave her and the manager the picture I attached here. Hell, I even brought my own rhinestones. Lonna refused to use black with gold glitter as the picture CLEARLY SHOWS on my nails. She painted one finger I didn't like it without the black. She did it over still not using black! Then left my hands undone with my pinky half painted! The worst part... When I tried to talk to her about it she pretended she didn't speak English. After she was just talking to me in detail! Really! AVOID LONNA!! BUT... shot out to the man that gave me a pedicure! He did a great job!"

"I had a lady with brown reddish hair with bangs, so sad i didn’t catch her name, and she did AMAZING!!! She made sure i was comfortable and took her time with my nails. She made sure not to hurt me or cut me and was super gentle. The set she did on me is the best set i’ve ever gotten. Not a single nail looks different from the other and none of them are messed up a bit. I love them! Can someone tell me her name please? I’d love to request her from now on."
