"Not impressed. “Uhh I don’t know” when asked questions or my personal favorite “I’d take it to a mechanic” when talking about replacing a dead battery. Not “I’m not sure, let me go grab my manager because he can definitely tell you.” Not “sure, I’d love to help you out with picking a battery!” Lost my business that day and at least a few hundred dollars this trip. Left me standing outside, jaw on the ground in shock, walked casually inside as if our transaction was done. So, I let it be done and went elsewhere."

"Wasted time only to get a refund. Staff didn’t know how to put the wipers on my car after the first employee checked that those were the correct wipers for my car and then when we go outside to put them on I’m told I need a refund because they were not the right ones. I go inside I process the refund only to find out it’s not going to refund immediately and then they want another $64 for the wipers they want me to install. I swear I hate going to these places without my husband. I feel that because I’m a woman I can be charged more and treated different. This location has lost my family’s business."

"Had to get a car battery at very last minute to be ready to get wife to hospital for surgery EARLY in the AM. Walmart advised I should have come earlier, tell that to the battery!! The AutoZone store was already closed but they helped me anyway get the new battery. That is exactly what outstanding customer service is all about !! Thank you so much for helping me !!!"

"I came in relatively late. I usually don’t handle my own automotive hardships, and was looking for some assistance in regards to a notice that popped up on my vehicle. Not only was the staff able to address my concerns, but they went above and beyond in assisting me. The gentleman who helped me at the counter was very patient with all of my questions and extremely helpful. I’m thankful to the associates and the staff for treating me with such kindness and not turning me away in my time of need. I would definitely recommend this autozone location!!"
