"Rude employee/manager yelling at customers for walking down a cluttered aisle with a shopping cart. There are unpacked boxes everywhere in the store so why did you have a problem with me walking down this particular aisle with my shopping cart? Leave your problems at home, especially if you work a job where you have to deal with the public because you are going to yell at the wrong person one day….you should pray and thank God you got a Christian woman today because you won’t always be that lucky!!!!"

"If I could leave a negative star I would. Worst experience today from an employee Sylvia. She was very rude to my 2 and 4 year old sons. I tried to call and get a corporate number or speak to a manager and she was very rude and hung up on me. Wow Dollar General you hire anyone I guess. This employee needs to be coached better or better yet Dollar General needs to change their hiring standards."

"Okay selection, clean (ish) store. Customer service was very poor, cashiers tried to bribe us into doing a survey for them so they could win something. I just wanted to get in and out, yet I had to deal with employees breathing down my neck about me taking a survey. Here's a tip: Good customer service gets you surveys, try again."
