"I love this place. After being with the same person for year I was nervous to try a new place and new stylist. When I first came in 2021 and I had Hannah I was amazed at how great she did! Then when I went back and had Kat and she was beyond phenomenal. I’ve been going for almost three years now and have loved my hair every time! The prices are fair and reasonable, and all the stylist are amazing, respectful, knowledgeable, and make appointments amazing!"

"I went in yesterday and had an appointment with Katheryn for a bit of an edgier haircut and she nailed it! Service was 10/10, as was the overall experience all of the girls there were so friendly and entertaining to listen to all the fun things they want to do to their own hair! I was cracking up the whole time! Will definitely be back!"

"I'm reviewing solely on a customer service level. I haven't found a good stylist in the area as of yet. Still getting used to the community. I had used the same salon when they were stand-alone in other cities/towns. I liked them well enough. I booked online. I thought I may run behind from being at the nail salon, so I gave them a call to see what I needed to do. When I spoke with them, the person who i had scheduled it with, so happened to answer the phone. She was less than pleased. Not about the possibility of me running late or anything but that she already had an appointment and would not be able to do my hair. I dismissed it. I understand technical glitches and that she had been overbooked. Nonetheless, I told her I'd come in and see what we could do. When I walked in, I waited while two people were assisting one other customer. I walk up and they were less than friendly. One walking away as I walked up. I explained the dilemma and asked what we needed to do. (I arrived in time with some to spare.) I would have to wait as a walk in. After some time and consideration, I decided not to proceed with any services based solely on their behavior. I called another salon, and they could fit me in in 15 minutes. I canceled the appointment and walked out. I do not recommend it based on their "customer service" and their attitude/behavior."

"I had booked an appointment and I have thick curly hair and the first thing I was told was that the stylist wasn't about to do my hair. I'm glad that I was told that she couldn't do my hair but what upsets me is that she didn't try to reschedule me with someone that did or give me suggestions on where I could go. Edit: sorry but I don't have this place confused with smart looks. I made an appointment online for the day I posted this review and that's what I was told when I arrived."
