New Nails

"Tracy-owner- is mean and rude. I asked her to make an appointment and she kept saying no and no and no- that she doesn’t take appointments, however, I walked in and what did I see, her doing nails. She is a mean person and does not appreciate her customers. Bad business and bad customer service. I don’t know why she just couldn’t say- “I DON’T WANT TO DO YOUR NAILS” Stay away! No wonder the reviews are so bad!"

"Been coming here for a few years. Never had a disappointment when getting my dip nails. Love the color selections. The fact that you can sit there and get worked on your nails while having a drink is awesome."

"I’ve given this place 4 tries thinking it would get better but just lets me down. I got a full set $80 worth for my nails and only lasted a week. Day 3 my nails were pulling my hair when I combed through it. Not getting my nails done here anymore. Love the pedicures though that’s why I’m still giving it an alright rating."

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I took a leap and came to my first salon ever to try dipping so I didn’t know what to expect or what the process was. I don’t know the name of the person attending me but he was very fast and efficient. He did originally leave my nails very thick where it looked unnatural and chunky. However, after talking to the VERY sweet receptionist, she said I could get them fixed. Overall, I’m happy with how they came out after being fixed. Even happier that they offered to fix my nails if they were to crack within the week. The owner seemed very nice too! Regardless of the little mishap, I left content. Day 2 Update: My two of my nails already chipped with the dip which is suppose to last at least week or two. They told me it was expected since they originally made it too chunky and had to file it down with the possible chance of them cracking. Day 3: Update: Another nail chipped Last Update: I gone back to the salon to fix my chipped nails and they ended up taking off all of them because essentially all were chipping off. I was originally told there would be no cost to fix them since they chipped so quickly. Once they finish with the dip, I was then told I needed to pay but would be given a 50% discount. Long story short, I ended up not paying since that was what I was originally told. It hasn’t been a full week and the new set has started to chip on my thumb. It’s as if the protective seal is starting to peel off (new picture is the red nail). I would definitely say go to another salon for better quality. They may do your nails fast (within 30 min) but my experience showed they chipped so quickly. Another nail chipped so ugly. Just very cheap quality."

"Please don’t get your nails done here!!! They have a careless attitude and have no regard towards the customers. The person who did my nails told me the color I initially picked out was too light???? And he rudely handed me the nail selection book and waited for me to pick a dark color.Never has this happened to me when it comes to dip. I’ve done dip before and I have picked out light colors. Then he proceeds to pause and laugh in between working on my nails. It looked like he didn’t know what to do.He eventually starts to get lost in his work and what he is doing so he starts walking around and joking with his co workers. I eventually felt pressured to pick a dark color because I didn’t want to keep him waiting. Once I picked my dark color he didn’t even correctly clean my nails as you can see on the images. He left them messy and didn’t even care to clean them for me. He instructed me to use soap and water which I understand but it didn’t come off. Overall I was unhappy with the service and color. I will not be returning. Also on the sides of my nail he didn’t even file or correctly shape them. It was messy and sloppy. I’m telling you there are better nail salons then this one. If you want to be treated rudely and not correctly tended to come here this place is for you."
