"Sophia burned my hair off and proceeded to blame me after she used another clients hair brush on me and a dirty towel ,she also left chemicals on my hair for hours which caused my hair to break and after I proceeded to ask her if she thought my hair could handle it she insisted it would be okay and she didint do a strand test either."
