"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I haven't even been stationed here on Fort Bliss long and they definitely live up to their horrible reputation. For some reason the pharmacy could not fill my prescription (meanwhile I'm in pain). I call back to see if it was ready, only to end up speaking with dental because the pharmacy doesn't have a phone number. I ask the lady what I needed to do to speak with someone in pharmacy and she replies "come inside." What? I live quite a long way to drive in just for them to tell me my prescription isn't ready. Has anyone purchased gas lately? So when I confirmed that I live far away the lady told me "find another pharmacy then, I don't know what to tell you." Then laughed it off when I referenced her snarky attitude."

"Came in for a cleaning today and they definitely improved with their service. I did not get the dentist’s name who helped me out but he was really nice and he did a great job on my teeth. Thank you so much! Happy customer!"

"In my 19 years of service this has to be the worst clinic. Appointments are too far out and you looking at a month and half to be seen. Most of time they don’t have the schedule up and tell you come back next week to see if there’s availability. Probably the reason you can’t make appointments online. Obviously staffing is a issue. Just blows my mind that it’s easier to get help overseas."

"This is literally the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. The customer service is absolute garbage, and the phone number never works to schedule an appointment. In the past 48 hours I have called 5 different numbers trying to get a hold of the dental clinic to set up an appointment. There’s a secretary at the front desk of the dental clinic whose job is to literally pick up a phone when it rings and schedule an appointment for you, and it’s nearly impossible for them to figure out how to properly do that. I have a lot of things that I need to be doing in a work day, the last thing on my list of priorities is walking over to the clinic to make an appointment in person when the year is 2021 and phones are “a thing”. A side note: back in March of Last year (2020) I scheduled a dental appointment. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early, because I’m a professional. I checked in at at the front desk, and waited for an hour in the waiting area. I’m not exaggerating… It was literally an hour. Finally I went up to the front desk again and asked “when am I being seen?” The response I got was that they had rescheduled my appointment for a different day. Let’s unpack this for a moment. Before I had arrived that day, my appointment had been rescheduled. I checked in that day 15 minutes early For what I thought to be my appointment. I... Checked… In… Nobody at the front desk told me that my appointment has been rescheduled… Nobody called me with at least 24 hours notice. How is this level of negligence tolerated? It’s deeply concerning. This type of behavior is just completely asinine, and quite frankly in the real world people who do this get fired. The only reason that we are keeping people like this around is because... on second thought... I won’t finish that sentence. If you’re a uniformed Soldier you know why. I would expect this behavior from “Joe Schmuckatelee” who is an E-nothing and doesn’t know left from right, but why are we allowing these pathetic employees to run the day-to-day operations of our health clinic when they can’t even figure out how to schedule, and reschedule appointments properly."
