"I came into the business with 10 minutes to spare and the guy turned my son away and one person was waiting. The open sign was still on, door was open, and it said open online. When I called from my car the guy at the front desk raised his voice to me on the phone which is unacceptable and terrible customer service. He said that they could not cut hair past 6. I will never take my 3 children to this salon ever again!!! If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would someone needs to teach him customer service skills or get another job where you don't deal with customers."
