"Do not get your pedicure done with Cynthia. She’s very rough and aggressive. When she used the grader to file my feet she cut a piece of my skin off!! How hard do you have to be applying pressure to cut my skin? Very awful experience with her. She was rude and didn’t even apologize for cutting my skin. I told her not to even do the other foot. When I confronted her about it she was passive aggressive and said she did say sorry, but I didn’t hear or feel she was sorry at all. If you don’t like your job leave, simple. I initially wanted to get a pedicure and nail fill, but after that experience with her I didn’t want her working on my hands. I really enjoy getting my nails done with the owner she’s so kind and welcoming, Cynthia how ever is not welcoming at all."
