"They left my son looking like a damn porcupine. The worst haircut. When I asked her to fix it, she had a horrible attitude. This is not the first time they messed up my son's hair. I would avoid this place, because none of the staff Is proficient with cutting hair. And when you asked them to fix it, or you get is attitude. It's Friday evening and no one's in there because this place is horrible."

"I am sorry but it was a bad experience. The young lady doing my cut was obviously new and had to ask for help from her colleague several times. The service took at least half an hour most of which was spent doing my sides. I finally told her to leave my sides alone. They were left very uneven. She did not blow off hair accumulating until one of her colleagues told her to. She also was not very clean with her equpment.All around was a bad experience which I had never had there before after being a customer for at least 3 years. I do not look forward to going again."
"The customer service was good. The wait when I went was not long. Maria did my hair and she did perfect! I’m so happy she was my stylist. I was nervous to get bangs after so many years but she made sure I was comfortable with the length and look. I will definitely have her cut my hair again."
