"My adventure into the realm of Berry Lash can only be described as an awful experience! In what was meant to be a brief 1.5-hour escape into the world of eyelash extensions, my eyes transformed into weeping waterfalls from the get-go. The pain was so intense that I contemplated abandoning the service halfway through, but my naive optimism led me to believe that the watering would stop after my session. Oh, how wrong I was! The underpad eyes and tape were uncomfortably close to my eyes, requesting multiple adjustments during the session as they were rubbing against my eyes, causing extreme pain and irritation. Surprisingly, the lash artist did not acknowledge my discomfort or inquire about my well-being, highlighting a significant lack of customer service and care. She didn't stop and check at any point throughout the session! The issues extended beyond the misplaced underpad eyes and tape – the lash artist used an excessively large amount of glue, exacerbating the continuous watering of my eyes. The experience was not only distressing, but I also felt a genuine concern for my eyes...I literally felt my eyes were drowning in fumes! It was awful. After the completion of the service, I sought clarification from the receptionist about the abnormal amount of watering, but received an unsatisfactory response. Notably, I hadn't received any waiver prior to the session Seven hours and a sleepless night later, my eyes continued watering, forcing me to schedule an emergency appointment for lash removal. Sleep became a distant dream, with a mere two hours of shut-eye due to the relentless irritation. The next morning, a different lash artist confirmed the outrageous glue overdose, leaving my eyes redder than a lobster for nearly a week! I've attached photos I kindly asked for a refund for the extensions, due to the significant amount of pain I endured for almost 24 hrs...but Berry Lash only reimbursed the cost of the lash removal. Their alternative solution was to provide another lash artist at no additional cost. However, hesitant to endure another potential disappointment and pain with the same company, particularly considering the lack of care, customer service, and cooperation, I declined their offer to try a different lash artist within the establishment. Returning to Berry Lash seemed illogical given the negative and painful experiences I had faced. I have decided never to go back to Berry Lash. Berry Lash is Berry Bad. No customer service, lack of care and terrible job overall."

"I wish I had went to this location to begin with. I initially had the royalty set done at the Cimarron location. Within two days I had lost about 10 lashes on one eye and the set didn’t look like the picture I was shown initially. As a first time customer I was disappointed. I decided to call this location within the 3 day grace period and I was scheduled an appointment immediately. I told them about the fallout I had with the lashes and how it didn’t match what I asked for. The tech listened to everything I said and they redid my set free of charge. I am beyond happy with the service at this location and I highly recommend them! The customer service was great at the other location as well, but I highly recommend this one out of the two! Thank you so much for fixing the problem and the outstanding work that was done! I am extremely happy!"
