"I brought my son for a hair cut on 3/23. He was definitely in need of a cut. I asked for a fade and keep some length on the top, only cut about half an inch off. His hair naturally falls forward but we always sweep it to the side so I didn't notice until 45 minutes later. I went back to have then fix his bangs as they were ridiculously messed up. The district manager happened to be there so she "fixed" his hair. It was again swept to the side when I left and I didn't notice until later in the evening that his bangs were still messed up and now super short. The overall haircut was not blended together that well and definitely had more than. Half an inch cut off the top. While the people were very polite and it seemed clean enough for a salon, his hair is pretty messed up and it's so much shorter than what I asked for that it cannot be fixed without making it a buzz cut. I will just have to let it grow out and maybe spike it up until it is long enough to fix. We also had to wait 45 minutes as a walk-in only an hour after they opened in the middle of the week which is quite excessive with a 3yo. They only had 2 hairstylists working. Pictures in order are; 15 minutes before we walked in, after the first cut and then after it was "fixed"."
