"I'm in town for my niece's birth and decided to check out Waxing the City. I booked a last-minute appointment with Vivian and honestly couldn't have a better experience. She was extremely kind, patient, and gentle. She was very detailed and gave me good recommendations for the upkeep. Also, the wax was perfectly warmed! I got a Brazilian wax this time around and will be returning to see Vivian the next time I'm in El Paso. The staff is super friendly and the location is very clean. Highly recommend Vivian for your next wax appointment and this location on Mesa!"
"Receptionist is rude doesn’t explain anything although the wax tech I got was really nice, felt comfortable, but I am pretty upset because she explained to me the different types of Brazilian as I asked so… I downgraded thinking it would be cheaper and it ended up being way more expensive than a full Brazilian and I clearly asked."
