"**(went back the next day because it ended up the foundation wasn't matte. Highly recommend Olivia. She was so nice, professional, honest, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive product. She also helped find a color correct primer.) Went in for a foundation color match and was not disappointed with my experience. Her first questions were on point; skin type oily or dry, coverage, particular brand, etc. We ended up trying maybe 5 or 6 and each time she made sure to ask how I felt about the foundation; was it too heavy? Too dark? Too light? Coverage I was looking for? If I declined a product she was eager to get the next shade or the next brand, no problem. Each time she would say what she thought about the color (for reference from an outside perspective as well as someone who does this a lot!). She would always ask "what do you think?" and say "it's totally up to you". No pressure. We even did color correct and concealer for my dark circles, she explained why I needed that shade of color correct and even offered a brand of concealer that was on special/sale rather than the most expensive one. When I decided on what products I wanted and didn't she wasn't pushy about me not getting some of them at that time. Because my foundation was expensive but worth it, I did end up going with some elf brand copycat products and brushes for now. But she did remind me to take pics of the ones we used for if/when I decide to get them. The cashier was also very nice and helpful. I'll only be going to this ULTA even though it's not the closest one to me."

"Really bad service by "manager" I was trying to get the discount for my purchase of 195.00 total. the cashier did not give me the discount so I went back to try to get it it was 20% off 100.00 the cashiers were very helpful in trying to give me the discount but when the manager showed up she had attitude saying i could only get a gift card which it was not a problem the problem was her attitude as if she own the store. When I tried to get her name she said she did not have to give me her name which I don't think is right I am a business owner and I know they have to provide you with their name. after confronting her about the name she finally gave me her name and don't know if she gave me the correct name Bianca Diaz. Horrible service ! she should not be a manager. not a good example for the cashiers who were really nice. She also said that cashiers are not supposed to tell customers about discounts and coupons. WHAT? horrible person I was very upset and will not visit that store again. I told her I was calling headquarters and she acted as if she didn't care. very disappointed."

"This place does wonders for your self esteem! Either I look real poor or real ugly but I've never been so ignored in my life like at this place! All I want is a foundation for my face. But since I don't look like a barbie bimbo with a face full of clown make up, let's just all employees ignore me"
