"If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 10am for my mom to get a perm and they just kept calling ppl that don't have appointments with the lady we chose and we had been waiting 30 minutes! And the owner I guess literally told a man well if you have an appointment you get priority.... Ummm we been saying we have an appointment and she tells us to still wait!! Never coming here again. The appointment was even made early not last minut. Very unprofessional and we've been coming here for years. No more. I have no idea what their problem is."
