"Terrible service. Whenever I go here nails chips ( dipping, acrylic, gel.. )in 1 day. And they all make excuses when it comes to fixing their bad work. You can go here if you you need your nails done daily!!! When I complained Staff was very rude and blamed me for the poor work This has happened on multiple occasions Update Reply from the owner is defensive and false. I was never advised to change the set. I would have taken the advice. Technician said I was on the phone and offered no advice. Now owner goes to lie online. That’s worse than bad service!!!"

"This is the second poor experience I had and I'm kicking myself for trying again. I've been getting acrylic for about fifteen years. First I went a month ago and a young woman did my nails. She used way to much primer and my fingers got acid burned. It hurt so much I had to get up and wash my hands but it didn't go away. I tried to explain to her but she said that's normal. I said I've been doing this 15 years it's not normal. Then I went back to have the nails taken off before getting a new set. Every few months I do this to let my nails breathe. This time this person used the electric nail file with the metal head with spikes. I've never had anyone take my acrylic off that way (while soaking them). They always use a paper towel and then the soft rubber head. I kept telling her that my nails are soft from 15 years of acrylic and she wouldn't change it. She drilled several times to the point it burned and I would pull my hand away and tell her it hurt and she kept acting offended and laughing and then making comments to the woman next to her. Once she finished my nails hurt and they were all cracked through. I've never had this before and will likely go to urgent care bc they've been getting worse since then. Do not let them take your nails off! These photos were taken immediately when I got home from the nail salon."

"I have been going to this place for months now and they normally do a good job and I'm normally satisfied with the work, regardless of small mistakes or occasional uneven work. However this time around I was trying to get a new set done and the woman that was my nail tech went to cut my nail, but started way too low, like under-the-nail too close. She clips my pinkie nail, including the skin, and then moves on to the ring finger and clips the same way. She clips the skin deep enough to hurt and draw blood, and when I told her I was done, that I'm not going to stay around for that, she told me it was okay and proceeded to put nail glue on my open, still bleeding, lacerations. It burned and it hurt. I just got up and approached the front desk. The ladies did acknowledge that it was bad and they said sorry for the inconvenience, and one lady even offered a solution I could do on my own (which is the only reason why this review is listed as 2 star, instead of just one). Other than that, nothing else was offered for my situation. I'm severely disappointed as I've been coming to this salon for a long while now and never had this bad of a problem before. I'm not sure if I will be returning, I will have to do some consideration."

"Edit and Update: Owner never takes responsibility for the salon's mistakes, spins stories online to make the salon appear better (go ahead and take a look at her several other responses to customers, its quite a read). Why would a person stay longer after seeing their sloppy work? The pictures speak louder than the words I can type:) I went into the salon 10/16 and waited an hour to get sat. I showed them a picture of what I would like except for the lines on the blue colored part. 1- my male nail tech was complaining the whole time he was tired and was rushing through the service, cutting my fingers multiple times 2- he painted my nails in such a sloppy way that was absolutely unacceptable 3- I told him I didn’t like them but after being there for two hours I didn’t have time to stay and get them redone. I was told the owner would contact me and she did however she said I would need to come back either 10/16 (same day) which I already mentioned I couldn’t or 10/17 but being a student and employee I don’t have any time off except for Sundays. I told them this and they pretty much brushed me off and said “sorry” and that was that. I paid $88, no discount for their mistake and no effort in trying to understand my situation. I’ve been here several times and never had issue like I did today. Will not be going back."
