"I came in for a long overdue haircut yesterday. I asked for a textured bob with long bangs. As a hairstylist for 20 years, I know the issues with my hair and how to communicate those to another stylist. I asked for a lot of texture as my hair squares out really easily and the corners of my nape are very heavy and requires a little thinning. I swore we were on the same page as she told me about the horrid Dora the Explorer Bob she received once. Please tell me why I look like a blonde Dora?! If that weren’t bad enough, after the 5 minute haircut, Ruby informs me that she won’t be finishing me and someone else will style me, which is irritating since she should have let that stylist take me in the first place. I paid for a blowout, which to my understanding is supposed to by a style. Not one drop of volumizer, heat protection etc was put in my hair and the stylist gave me the flattest blowout I’ve ever seen. No style, no effort, not once did that brush overextend. I immediately put my hair in a ponytail because i was so embarrassed to look like a 12 yr old Karen and that is when i saw how uneven my way too short bangs are. I feel unheard and taken advantage of. I won’t be back."

Rubi guided me and spoke to me about my options for my hair, I trusted her completely with my hair and told her to do her magic. I LOVE my cut!!! Will definitely be coming back!"
