"I just want to share what an amazing experience I had with Ruth and Ana. I have a TON of hair and it’s long, so I already knew coming in that going from brown to blonde might be a challenge. Ruth took care of my hair so wonderfully! She was careful to not process my previous baby lights with more bleach. And my hair feels strong and healthy for such a drastic change I had. Ana did an amazing job also helping Ruth to speed up the process so I wouldn’t be so uncomfortable for too long since my hair was definitely a long project (8 hrs due to the amount of care they put into my hair and the amount of hair I had ) and she also fixed my crazy bangs. I would definitely recommend bellezza hair salon again. I have never been to such a place where they took care of me with great customer service and care for my hair!"
"Got my extensions done yes they came out terrible!!!! Ruth put in way too many extensions to where I was taking them out and could literally lightly tug on them and they just did out because she put so little hair to hold the extension because she was more worried about making more money than the true amount of extensions I needed or should I say DIDNT need for my hair. She also cut my hair to blend my natural hair into the extensions and when I took out my extensions I noticed that my hair is ruined from the cut she gave me!! I’m very disappointed. My hair was one length and now it’s just all cut up, uneven and just botched. Plus she kept pushing me to purchase this outrageous membership for almost $800 that was extremely unnecessary, not to mention that I’m already spending over a grand on my extensions! She is very money hungry and dosent worry about putting the honest amount of extensions needed. Just be aware you’ll be pushed to spend more money with no regards to the money you’re already spending."
