"My first time trying this place and I mean everything was good. Food was well seasoned, service was fast. The only thing I didn't care for was the mold on the drink machine in the lobby. It was surrounding the area that the ice comes out the funnel. That needs to be cleaned properly before someone gets sick."
"It was ok I have been to better. they use storage on one side of the restaurant next to soda machine. It shouldn't be there . It's an eyesore. Cashier was.nice. Selection was plentiful and variety was available."
"Walk up to the door. Dining room full of people eating and the grumpy looking employee puts a “sign” up “closing” the dining room. JOKE."
"Okra was as hard as a rock. To serve that to a customer is not right. They must have refried them. The chicken was a little bit better. The rolls had not risen prior to cooking. I will be driving further to another Hartzs from now on. I also believe if frying chicken is not your specialty you should get out of the business. The fish also had a lot of hard crust."
"This place is awful to say the least. Buffet looks like it was ran through by a pack of wolves. The chicken was old and didn't look like the other cooked chicken. Not sure what language they were speaking but it was not English. My next call is going to be to the Health Department. LOOKS LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS."
