"AVOID this place !!!!!!! I ordered food in and had the 3 meat plate. Mac and cheese was barely warm. Ribs have no flavor. The bread role is stale and the brisket is very bland and not tender. The brisket does not even look or taste like brisket. This place is DISGUSTING. This is the worst Dickeys I’ve ever eaten at. Waste of money"

"Ordered food to go. It was awful. Dry meat tough meat. I also got a bake potato with turkey, very little meat on the potato. I spent 41.00. I should have read the reviews before going I would have not gone. Will not go back."

"Ordered a family pack online that said it fed up to 4 people and cost $71.49. It was supposed to have 2 lbs. of meat. This restaurant isn't exactly close to our home, but we wanted BBQ and this is what we decided on. When my husband picked the food up, he checked the bag and it was missing one of the sides. When he got home, we pulled everything out and opened the meat to find there was barely a pound in the box. We called and were given a hard time with them insisting they gave us the correct amount. They eventually agreed to take our name or for us to drive all the way back to pick up the rest of the meat. We ended up picking up the missing meat on the same day since they didn't seem competent enough to remember what we were supposed to get if we returned on a different day. Worst experience and the food wasn't even good. Definitely won't be returning."

"First, the staff was very friendly! Then there is the food… I have been to my share of Dickeys. I’m originally from TN so I was excited to try this location. It was bad… I got the fully loaded baked potato. The potato was undercooked which made it hard and really inedible. The brisket was literally the driest piece of meat I’ve ever had. I dug out the toppings and cooked the potato the rest of the way and tried to save the brisket with a ton of bbq sauce. The pecan pie was blah, also. The ONLY reason I didn’t go back and ask for a full refund was because it’s a 20 minute drive from my home. If it weren’t for the customer service I would’ve given this spot 1 star."

"The order took a little longer than expected however the flavor made up for it. Beef brisket was fairly tender and not dry. The sausage had a wonderful taste and was different than other barbecue because it had cheese. The real surprise was the Asiago cheese spinach casserole. It was impressive. I ordered a pulled pork slider which slightly disappointing due to it’s smallness to price. You only get one."
