"I grab drive-through from here once in a while for the kids. All the burgers I ordered for my family of 4 needed to be modified in some way. The entire meal with fries and drinks was all correct. Everything was fresh. The lady working the window was very sweet."
"This is the worst location I've ever been to. I love BK and I ignore certain flaws as long as the food is good, but this location is BAD. They would not give me water. Refused. Every restaurant in America will give you a cup of water for free. They told me I had to buy a bottle of water and there was no such thing as a cup of water. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been giving this place another chance for years, and after this last visit I'm not sure if I'll come back. Never wanted to give them a bad review until now."
"Worst restaurant on kuykendahl. I give the lady my coupon code over the speaker, have to repeat what I'm saying over five times. I pull up to the drive thru, and she hands me the wrong change. I tell her it's off by $0.20. She gives me a nickel and closes the window. Complete trash, avoid this location at ALL costs. Ain't the first time this happened. At least they got my order right. Oh wait they didn't, and they forgot the ketchup too. Holy"
"7 o’clock on a Friday night, myself, and two other cars in the drive-through. 24 minutes it takes me to get to the window to place my order, the person, taking my order yells at me, starts to talk over me. I had to shut her down, quick snap and in a hurry to let her know that I wasn’t done That I was going to finish speaking, then she finally decides to ask me was there gonna be anything else from my order, and I politely told her no I was done she never repeated it back to me, so God only knows if it’s going to be correct . I decided to read the reviews while waiting for my food, I probably shouldn’t have done that, but this was on my way home after working late shift in a doctors office. This is one of the only hamburgers that my stomach can handle, so it’s really sad that you should have such shoddy employees . You asked to speak to management and there’s no one on duty, what is that??"
"The dining area was clean. The customer service was average and the food came out at a reasonable time frame. Food wasn't too hot or cold and was prepared well. Overall it's a good Burger King."
